In-cell dropdown option missing on data validation
Hello, I'm trying to add a dropdown list in the homework file but data validation doesn't have the option to allow in-cell dropdown. How do get I around this? How do I add a dropdown if that is not an option on data validation?

Answering my own question in case it helps someone. In order to have the option of selecting the source data for your dropdown list, first choose List in the Allow option in the Settings tab.
