Permanent cell style across all workbooks.
Is it possible to create a cell style which should be available across different workbooks ? If yes, how ?

Yes, you can do that easily. Open two workbooks - the first one with should be the one that contains the style you want to use and the second one is going to be the workbook where you want to apply the cell style from the first book.
Once you have done that, select the second workbook (the one to which you would like to add a new cell style to), click on the tiny arrow in the cell styles section, and then 'merge styles'. This should do the trick!
