not able to connect to server

Hello. As you can see in the screenshot, I am not able to connect to server. I tried starting up the server again but it didn't work. Any solution please?

Thanks for reaching out.

Have you checked the Windows Services? Please restart it from there and reboot your system prior to retrying to launch Workbench.
