I thought the question asks us to find the quantity of contracts signed by managers from the Production department with value higher than or equal to (not lower than) all company average.

This has been a problem since JUNE as well! This is an easy coding problem to fix, and it has high value to your students taking this course. I did not see any of these comments until after I took the practice exam.
