Product Configuration issues during installation of MySQL

Are you unable to complete the installation without the product configuration part? Or, does not the installer provide a suggestion on how to resolve the given problem?

We realise the solution of this issue may require the exchange of a few messages, but I am optimistic that very soon you will have been able to set up Workbench and MySQL on your end.

Thank you for your prompt response. The "New Authentication Plugin - Creating a New User" video helped me to resolve this issue, so I  have successfully created a new account. I will let you know if I run into any other problems! Thanks!

So, I didn't have any problem installing the workbench and the server, but I wanted to just practice adding another user as you said we can add another user using this method. I tried that but I got an error for the last part "identified with mysql_native_password'. Could you please help with this?
I really appreciate you responding. I have not yet been answered for any of my questions in your courses.
