Rounding to nearest Z value
In the video you rounded up to .9951 from .995. Is there a reason you rounded up versus rounding down to .9949? Is either way still correct?

I don't know which is correct, because I have seen elsewhere that instead of taking one of the two, it averages them; that is, it takes neither 0.07 nor 0.08, but 0.075 because the value of 0.995 is in the middle of the two.
