The lower and higher interval bounds are repetitive and it's confusing to me
Hi. This is a question concerning the intervals. Should they not be 1-21, 22-42, 43-63 and 83-103? Because if you make the higher bound from the previous interval to be the starting point of the lower bound for the next interval, e.g. 1-21 and 21-41, and say you have an entry like the number 21, where exactly do you place it? The 1-21 interval or 21-41 interval?

is this tutorial just assuming you already know how to use excel? if so this is terrible.
