The matrix construct of Case 4 (course exam)
Did not understand the Case 4 of the course exam for the "Mathematics" course. The explanations did not clarify the matrices formed hence need proper justification and proof.

Regarding question 22 - what you need to do is:
1) Convert each of Charlie’s training times (swim, cycle, run) into minutes.
2) Multiply swim and cycle times by 0.90 (10% less) and the run time by 0.98 (2% less).
3) Convert each resulting decimal back into minutes and seconds.
This has been shown in the explanation
Regarding question 23 - you use the time calculated earlier and compare
