Oracel are frequently updating their MySQL website but the procedure of downloading and installing the software remains similar. 

For the moment, please download MySQL from here: https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/workbench/

For example, should you choose windows, you must have reached the following link: https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/file/?id=517975

You can download Workbench by clicking on No thanks, just start my download.
