Using F9 on named range?

in Advanced Microsoft Excel / F1 to F12 - Using Excel's Function Keys

Hi, I'm using the web version of excel so unfortunately, I can't test this but I was wondering what happens when you use the F9 key on a named range in a formula, for example, =SUM(NamedRange+J10). Will it show as the sum of the range +J10? Maybe every number in the range +J10? Will it give an error? Thank you.
