What do you mean by "extremenly significant" ?

Hi,
I have a hard time in understanding this phrase "extremely significant". Attached snapshot of the the video where this phrase came. Can you please explain it in bit detail?

Hi,
What is intended here is that you have a very high probability of rejecting the null hypothesis correctly, without committing an error with respect to the actual values that will be obtained.
