Hello Martin,
Can we say that the common 2FA apps like google authenticator is an example of data analytics ? I am thinking this way because the token that we get after fix time duration is the result of some mathematical calculations and they are mainly for particular user account (data).

Although authenticators work with quantitative data, it is often only temporary and cannot be really made use of when it comes to making predictions. To do the latter, we normally need some historical data (or, say, data collected from surveys) in order to predict future outcomes.
