'departments_dup' table doesn't exist

in SQL / Another Example of Using COALESCE()

'departments_dup' table doesn't exist so the query mentioned in the solution couldn't run, the action output table in MYSQL displayed an Error.

It seems that you have not created the table departments_dup. Please, create it and then run the query.
