exercises and solutions not part of the course notes
I downloaded the course notes to save them once and not having to download each file separately. Why are the exercises and solutions not part of the notes?
Can you please add them?

The exercises and notes are related to specific lectures, and therefore provided there.
Otherwise, it would be difficult to understand which concept/skill is being tested.
In any case, we will consider adding them also in the course notes.
