How to get to the parametres for Hough Circles?
If anyone is also wondering how to get the parameters for Hough Circles (Open CV's documentation is not clear either), maybe the conclusion of this article might help:Hough Circle Transform. It would be nice if the video explained this a little better though.

I think Giles might have meant to not explain everything as it is meant to simulate a real world problem where no one is available to explain everything and we have to go search ourselves. Thanks for the link!
