I cannot access the practice test on my laptop. I've tried using both Chrome and Safari. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you :)

Hi Joanna!

Thanks for reaching out!

To assist you better, we'd like to ask you for the following two pieces of information, please.

  1. Can you please confirm that the screenshot has been taken while using a desktop device (unlike a mobile device, as it says on the screenshot)?
  2. What is the screen resolution of the device you took the screenshot from?

Thank you.
Looking forward to your answer.
Kind regards,
Martin

Hi Martin!

1. Yes, it is from my laptop. I will attach a full screenshot this time. The same appears for both Chrome and Safari.
2. My laptop is a 2020 13 inch Macbook Pro, which I believe has a resolution of 2560 x 1600.

Thanks,
Joanna

I am facing the same issue. Were you able to make it work?

Hi Joanna and Chioma,

Thank you for your feedback!
Our dev team is looking into the issue.

In the meantime, Joanna, could you please try and see if the problem persists on Mozilla Firefox as well?
Chioma, could you please give us more details about the system you are using. Is it a laptop/desktop? What operating system you are using, which browser you are experiencing the issue on, what resolution your screen is.

Looking forward to your feedback.

Thank you,
The 365 Team

Hi Samrat!

Thanks for reaching out.

Can you please ensure your Windows scaling is appropriate? Please consider that it is also a way to increase or decrease the resolution in which you are watching the lectures.

Hope this helps.
