"If a vector has a length of 3, it has 3 rows". Couldn't be a better answer "3 rows or 3 columns" instead, since the question does not specify the type of vector it is (column or row)?

thanks for reaching out! To your question, I believe the correct answer to the quiz is 3 rows or 3 columns, so you're right there, it can be either a row or a column vector.
