Resolved: Request for Reopening Exam Attempt and Clarification on Access to Completed Courses
Hi,
I have two points:
1-Could you please reopen the last attempt for the final Business Analysis exam? I have taken it twice but unfortunately failed, and the next attempt is only available after three months. Since the platform is free for just one more day, I would greatly appreciate it.
2-Will we still have access to the courses we have already completed and received certification for after the free access to the platform ends?

After the 21-day challenge ends, you will still have access to the content that is part of the free plan. However, if you’ve completed any lessons that are part of a premium (paid) plan, you will no longer have access to those once the challenge ends.
In short, you can continue accessing the free courses, but any premium content will no longer be available unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
