The first quiz answers have a mistake
In the first quiz if I asked all class people isn't that population not sample ?

The question is about the student satisfaction in the entire high school. So the entire school becomes population and when you ask your class people, you are interacting with the sample ideally.
Population = Entire School
Sample = Your Class
