Which of these Programming tools/languages and software are paid services?

The status of a software product changes over time. So a service that was free a few years ago may be now paid and vice-versa. Moreover, a service may be available in two versions, depending on the number and type of tools attached to it (e.g. Tableau Public is a free service, while Tableau Desktop is a paid service).
Is there a particular software product you'd like to know how you could use? Please bear in mind that throughout the Program we are only working with free pieces of software.
