Resolved: The timestamp video bar is lagging and doesn't let you go back and forth on the same video?

Is that a common occurence? Shouldn't that get fixed? how are we supposed to go back on videos and take proper notes?

Hello Panagiotis,

Thanks for reaching out.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. It seems like you are experiencing an issue with the video player that is outside of it's usual state.

here are the possible reasons you may be experiencing this problem:

you are experiencing internet connection problems and it's preventing you to watch the video lessons without any interruptions. If this is the problem, we recommend you contact your local internet provider
A firewall blocking the video data
A web proxy interrupting the connection or filtering traffic
Filtering software (such as Sophos, or Lightspeed Web Filter blocking content)
A general network failure (for example, the internet connection to your home/school/personal computer fails)
At times, it can be caused by player specific bugs

In order to try to solve quickly the problem you can try and refresh the page and clean your browser cache. In order to do so click and hold on the reload button and select the third option, empty cache and hard reload. Also, please check, if there are any newer versions of the browser your using, whether that's Chrome, Mozilla, Edge, etc. Updating your browser could prevent, future browser bugs and breakdowns.

If you continue to experience the same problems, please contact us at appsupport@365datascience.com with the following details:

A detailed description of the issue. If possible, make sure your summary is reflecting on what the problem is and where it is
How the issue happened. If you can, please tell us the steps that will help our developers replicate the issue
What's the browser you're using, is it a desktop issue or a mobile issue
A screenshot! Before you take your screenshot, please open the Console in your browser, so we can view, if you are experiencing any issues, that we aren't able to replicate on our end. In order to open your console, please press "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "C". After this open the "console" tab and please make sure to take the screenshot, by making sure both the video lesson and the console are visible. In order to take the screenshot, please press the "Win" + "PrtScr" buttons.

I hope I have been able to answer your question!
