retake exam not open in my course

i have the same problem !!! what can we do please !

Please pay attention to the fact that Practice Exams, Course Exams, and Final Exams have different levels of accessibility.
While you can attempt to pass the Practice Exams numerous times, Course and Final Exams follow different settings and rules. Therefore, please do read the exam instructions carefully prior to commencing the given exam.
For example, here are the instructions for the Course Exam of this course:
Warning: You cannot quit this exam without receiving an evaluation. If you decide to quit, your answers will be submitted, and this will count as 1 attempt. You have unlimited number of attempts. However, to unlock the next one, you are required to watch 30 minutes of the course content.

In the case of Final Exams, the number of attempts are currently limited.

We tried to watch 30 minutes but the exam still locked! what should we do?

In order to retake an exam, you have to go back to the course content and watch again at least 30 minutes of the videos. Please, make sure that you are watching the selected videos in full so that the time is recorded properly. 

This requirement aims to help students revise the parts of the course that are most challenging for them before retaking the exam.
