Resolved: analysis vs analytics

can we simplify that analysis is mainly qualitative and analytics is quantitative?

In fact, both analysis and analytics can be qualitative or quantitative. However, if the terms should be correctly applied, analysis will refer to the past/historical data of the company, while analytics will deal with predictions about its future performance.

Hi Intan,

If I got the video right, Analysis can be both quantitative and qualitattive. Same for Analytics. Main difference I got is that Analysis focuses on things that have happened before, while Analytics helps us make decisions about the future.
