Resolved: Qualitative analytics
Why are qualitative analytics not in data rectangle? Because, as I know, we need data to improve a forecast based on qualitative values.

Your comment is spot on. Because in our diagram, by "data" we mean "quantitative data". Thus, qualitative analytics goes to the "Business" rectangle.

Came here to express the same thought. Both case studies and qualitative analysis are based on data. So the explanation is outward misleading.
And that is only the beginning of the course. With the previous very questionable definitions of analysis and analytics - I don't even know how to trust such an instructor..
