I didn't know I still had an active subscription, and it automatically renewed. Can I please get a refund?

365 Data Science is a subscription service. By signing up, you agree to our Terms of Use, and your account will automatically renew monthly, quarterly, or yearly unless you cancel your subscription beforehand.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances or a lack of time may require you to cancel your subscription.

While you can cancel your subscription anytime, please remember that we cannot refund or prorate unused portions unless it’s within 30 days of your last payment.
