How can I change my payment method?
Once you set your payment method, you can change it at a later date when required. Here’s what you need to do:
- Log in to the platform using your credentials
- Click on your profile picture at the top-right corner of the screen
- Choose “Billing Information” from the dropdown menu
- Go to “Your subscription”
- Navigate to “Payment details”
- Click on “Manage Payments”
- Enter your account email address to receive an email with instructions on how to manage your orders and click “Continue”
- Follow the instructions provided in your email
- Go to “Account Details and Payment Methods”
- Click on “Add Payment Method” and select your preferred method from the dropdown menu
- Follow the steps shown, and your account should be updated
