I’m having trouble paying for the program. What can I do?

If you’re having trouble making a payment, it could be for various reasons. For instance, card issuers may restrict international payments unless you’ve already authorized them.

The payment issue is likely due to your bank and card issuer—especially if there’s a problem with other platforms. Please contact your issuer bank and let them know about the situation.

To make matters as easy as possible for our students, we offer multiple payment methods. If you’re having problems with international payments or other restrictions, you can also try using Amazon Pay or PayPal.
