Can I change my billing information?

If you want to change your billing information, you can! Here’s what you need to do:

After logging in to the platform, go ahead and click your profile pictures on the top-right corner of your screen. Then, click “Billing Information” from the dropdown menu, which will take you to your subscription area.

Once you’re in the subscription area, you’ll see a section called “Payment details”, which will have a link to “Manage Payments”.

After clicking on “Manage payments”, you’ll be prompted to enter your account email address, where you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to manage your orders.

Then, go ahead and go to “Account Details and Payment Methods”, before clicking on ‘Edit’ to change the invoice details.

Once you’ve updated your details, all you need to do is hit “save” and you’re done.
