I didn't know I still had an active subscription, and it automatically renewed. Can I please get a refund?

365 Data Science is a subscription service. By signing up, you agree to our Terms of Use and your account will automatically renew at either a monthly, quarterly, or yearly intervals unless you cancel your subscription beforehand.

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances or a lack of time may require you to cancel your subscription.

While you can cancel your subscription at any time, please bear in mind that we cannot refund or prorate unused portions of your subscription unless it is within 30 days of your last payment.
