How does the 30-day refund policy work?

If you wish to cancel your program at any time within 30 days of your last payment, you may be eligible for a refund as per our Terms of Use.

If you make a payment and change your decision within the given time frame of our policy, you can ask for a refund¾you don’t have to raise a dispute and delay your chances of getting your funds back.

Please bear in mind that requesting a refund in this manner will downgrade your account to the Free Plan, and your access to the entire program will be limited.
